CLIENT SERVICES

As we near the end of the sales year, I’m incredibly proud to share that the BAS and Client Services teams are closing out above our annual sales plan — and with two seven-figure projects this year, a first for BAS! This is a major milestone for our group and a reflection of the consistent effort and collaboration happening across every part of the team.

We’re seeing strong execution across the board. Chase is nearing completion of the Haynes Connect project, and Andy and the team are bringing St. Mary’s to a successful close. The Coors Field project continues to move forward smoothly and is currently in the demo phase — excellent coordination and craftsmanship are on display from all trades involved. Up north, Flatirons Church is progressing well, with an impressive 3,300 feet of Cat 5 cable pulled in just two days thanks to outstanding teamwork and planning between Devin and Rory.

Our engineering team remains strong, maintaining excellent turnaround times while supporting an ever-growing workload. Project backlog and revenues are still at all-time highs, and the team continues to handle it all with professionalism and precision.

We’ve experienced some recent changes on our project management team, and I want to recognize everyone who has stepped up to help keep things running smoothly for our clients. We’ll be adding a new PM in Denver soon, and I’m confident this next chapter will continue to strengthen our group.

Meanwhile, our Client Services and Analytics teams are continuing to make a real impact — leveraging connected sites to identify and resolve building issues quickly and efficiently. This work not only helps our clients operate at their best, but also drives growth across our service and pull-through opportunities.
