August was a month of progress, precision, and a whole lot of rooftops.
One of the biggest highlights came at Resurrection Christian School, where the team successfully replaced five rooftop units in a single day. No delays, no shortcuts—just smart planning and sharp execution. The site was up and running before the end of the day, and the customer was thrilled. It was a textbook Haynes effort.
We’re also excited to announce that we’ve booked a 15-unit RTU replacement at Flatirons Church in Lafayette—a major opportunity that speaks volumes about the trust this team is building out in the field.
While the projects heat up, our apprentices are headed back to school, and they’re showing up strong.
-
Tanner White has just completed Level 1 and is moving into Level 2.
-
Stone Beck is advancing from Level 2 to Level 3, and
-
Aaron Trevino is now officially starting his Level 4 year.
Each of them continues to grow, not just in the classroom but on the job—and we’re proud of the dedication they bring to the team.
We also want to recognize Marshall Stinnett, our Project Technician, who has been stepping up in a big way. While he’s not a Lead Tech, Marshall has been out there helping guide and lead project work, showing initiative, confidence, and a natural ability to keep things moving. He’s become a steady presence on job sites and a key part of our success this month.
On the sales front, we saw wins across both Projects and Maintenance.
-
Dustin Copley booked a $17,500 evaporative cooling addition at Kinston Hub,
-
Corey Torres secured a $7,400 boiler pump replacement at Greeley Medical Clinic, and
-
Austin Hill landed a $7,000 stat relocation and balance assist at Windsor Medical.
And on the service side, Christian Sullender had a banner month—locking in five new PM agreements totaling over $53,000 in recurring work. That includes new service with Anduril at Council Tree and multiple contracts with the Town of Timnath for their Police Department, Town Hall, and Admin Building, plus an expansion with CDOT – Superior.
NoCo continues to raise the bar—one rooftop, one technician, and one opportunity at a time.
