NoCo

October has been another strong month for the NoCo team, marked by great performance, solid execution, and continued teamwork across all areas.

On the project sales front, we’ve seen excellent results. The team secured the Frasier Meadows boiler replacement project valued at $383,895, and we continue to strengthen our relationship with REZ Church and School, where we’ll be completing an RTU replacement and BAS upgrade totaling $722,597. These are important wins for our group and reflect the professionalism and quality that our customers have come to expect from Haynes.

Our Technician Appreciation event was another highlight this month. It was great to take a moment to slow down, enjoy time together, and celebrate the Associates who keep this team running strong. Thank you to all our technicians for your continued effort and commitment — your work makes the difference every single day.

We also participated in the Operations Retreat, which was a success and provided valuable time to connect, share ideas, and align for the months ahead.
