Crystal Lund
The Road to Haynes
From the mountains of Alaska to the bustle of Seattle, from hospitality
to real estate — Crystal Lund has done it all. Her career has been anything
but ordinary, each chapter sharpening a different skill and teaching
her something new. And all of it has led her right here,
to Haynes.
Crystal joined our team nearly a year ago as a Contract
Administrator, and she’s quickly become the steady hand
behind our service agreements. Every dotted “i,” crossed “t,”
scope of work, maintenance task, and customer record runs
through her care. She makes sure what we promise our customers
gets delivered — and documented — with precision. Sales,
Operations, Service, Accounting, and even our customers rely on
her, often all at once.
But her path to Haynes wasn’t written in a neat line. Straight out
of high school, Crystal chased adventure all the way to Alaska,
where “one summer job” in hospitality turned into 10 years.
From there, she pivoted into construction administration, then explored property management and earned her real estate license in Seattle and Denver. For nearly three years she sold homes — a natural next step, but not the fulfillment she was looking for.
It was a conversation with her good friend (and Haynes teammate) Lori that sparked the change. Lori reminded her of the balance, consistency, and challenge she’d loved in administrative work. Crystal took the leap, bringing her hard-earned skills, wide perspective, and adventurous spirit to Haynes.
Today, she’s found her sweet spot: a role that values her organization, calm under pressure, and ability to support multiple teams at once. Whether it’s flagging budget changes, reconciling reports, explaining contract language, or even stepping up at the front desk, Crystal’s presence brings structure and accountability to a part of the business most people never see.
After a career full of twists and turns, Crystal has landed where she belongs. Haynes isn’t just her workplace — it’s her home. And we couldn’t be more glad she’s here.
