Jerry Seitz first joined Haynes in 2022 as a Building Engineer on Bruce’s team, quickly making his presence known in ways only Jerry can. By June 2023, he stepped into the role of Receiving Coordinator—a job that, according to him, mostly involves flooding supervisors and dispatchers with emails they never knew they needed (but definitely get anyway). It’s a role that suits him perfectly: a sharp eye for detail, a questionable relationship with spellcheck, and a natural gift for making sure no one forgets to do anything... ever.

Behind the steady churn of warehouse operations and inbox activity, Jerry claims a hidden talent: he’s almost competent at spelling. (On a good day. With spellcheck. And plenty of coffee.)

His daily survival kit includes a strong cup of coffee, a steady playlist of sarcastic anthems, and an uncanny ability to remember which door the goose got through last time.

Keeping the operation running smoothly is a team effort, Charlie keeps the warehouse clean, Matt knows how to operate anything with a button, and Lydia, offers just the right amount of encouragement (and the occasional "shut up, Jerry") to keep him grounded.
