As the leaves start to change and the mornings get cooler, we’ve officially turned the page on summer and are heading into a new season together. It’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and recognize the incredible work our SoCo team has accomplished over these past few months.

This summer was a busy one, and you all showed up in a big way. Your dedication to our customers—and the way you support each other day in and day out—truly makes the difference. The results speak for themselves, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Celebrating Our Technicians
In September, we came together for our SoCo Technician Appreciation event, and what a great celebration it was. It gave us a chance to spotlight the outstanding Associates who keep things running smoothly no matter what challenges come our way.
