October has been a strong month for the Phoenix team, and I want to start by extending a sincere thank-you to our technicians and field operations group. Our Technician Appreciation Party was a great success — excellent turnout, popular gifts, and a well-deserved chance to recognize the effort, dedication, and professionalism that each of you brings to our customers and to one another every day.

We were also proud to have Ryan, Mickey, and Jacob represent Phoenix at this year’s Champions Event. In the later part of the month, Rick, Chris, Brett, and Jeremy will attend the Operations Retreat in Denver, continuing to strengthen collaboration and alignment across our teams.

As the sales year comes to a close, I’m pleased to share that every line of business performed exceptionally well.

These results speak to the consistency, accountability, and teamwork that define this group.

Lastly, I want to acknowledge the team’s continued commitment to safety and defensive driving. Through the busy summer and challenging conditions, your focus and care ensured that everyone stayed safe on the job and on the road.
