Heat, Hustle, and Haynes
Whew. August didn’t pull any punches — but neither did we.
Between major installs, our Sales and Ops teams taking over
Vail for the biggest retreat in Haynes history, and our Arizona
crew throwing down at Chase Field for the Company Picnic,
this month has been one big reminder of what happens when
Associates bring their best.
We all know Colorado can bring some serious summer heat…
but then there’s Phoenix. That’s a whole different level.
Beautiful area, incredible people — but our Arizona Associates
deserve extra credit for thriving in those conditions. Getting to gather at the picnic, connect with our PHX team, and celebrate alongside their amazing families was an absolute highlight of the month.
Another huge milestone was Haynes University graduation. Watching our students cross that finish line after a year of night classes, labs, and on-the-job training was something special. Finishing Level 4 is no small feat — it takes grit, commitment, and more than a few late nights. To our grads: we see you, and we’re proud of you. To those moving into your next year: keep grinding, keep growing, and know that the entire Haynes family is cheering you on every step of the way.
It’s been a long, hot month packed with milestones, growth, and a whole lot of hustle. Now, as Labor Day weekend rolls in, we get a chance to catch our breath — to recharge, celebrate the wins, and get ready for everything fall will throw our way.
August showed us once again that no matter the challenge — heat waves, crane lifts, tight deadlines, or late-night studying — Team Haynes rises to the occasion. Here’s to a strong finish to summer and an even stronger start to September.

HAYNES HAPPENINGS
At Haynes, there's always an exciting array of activities taking place! From our engaging Haynes Events that bring everyone together to our spirited internal competitions that spark friendly rivalry, we are dedicated to creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere for everyone involved.
Arizona Company Picnic at the Ballpark!
The Arizona Company Picnic was a blast! We got to hang out with our Associates and their families, enjoy some good food, and take in the one-of-a-kind atmosphere at Chase Field. Phoenix brought the heat outside, but thankfully we stayed cool inside while cheering, laughing, and celebrating together. Big thanks to everyone who joined us — don't forget to check out the photos!

Our 9th Annual Haynes University Graduation!
Our Haynes University Graduation was one to remember — and not just because of the milestone we celebrated. A little rain tried to join the ceremony, but it couldn’t dampen our spirits. With the dedication of our students and team, we pushed through, proving once again that honoring our graduates is worth more than staying dry.
We had a photographer on site capturing the moment, and we can’t wait to share those photos in next month’s newsletter. Stay tuned!
