From all of us at Haynes, we want to wish every one of our Associates (and their families) a Happy Halloween! October has been full of energy, fun, and plenty to celebrate across all our locations.
We wrapped up our final two Technician Appreciation dinners — Phoenix and NoCo — rounding out one of our favorite Haynes traditions. Getting to slow down, share a meal, and say “thank you” to the Associates who keep our company running strong is something we’ll never get tired of.
Then came our annual Haynes Halloween Carnival, which was a spooktacular success! From haunted halls and creepy games to costume contests that stole the show, it was incredible seeing so many Associate families come out to join the fun. The costumes were creative, the competition was fierce (in the best way), and the parade was the perfect way to end the night.
In Colorado, the leaves have officially turned, and we’ve fallen right into the season, while Phoenix is finally getting a well-deserved break from those triple digits and easing into cooler, milder days. It’s been a beautiful start to the holiday months — full of connection, celebration, and a reminder of just how special our Haynes family is.
Here’s to wrapping up October on a high note and stepping into November with the same spirit — grateful, energized, and ready for what’s next.

Haynes Happenings
At Haynes, there's always an exciting array of activities taking place! From our engaging Haynes Events that bring everyone together to our spirited internal competitions that spark friendly rivalry, we are dedicated to creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere for everyone involved.
Technician Appreciation
This fall, we wrapped up one of our favorite Haynes traditions — our Technician Appreciation Dinners! In September, we kicked things off in SoCo and Denver, and in October, we rounded it out with celebrations in Phoenix and NoCo.
These dinners are always such a highlight for us. They’re a chance to slow down, share some good food and laughs, and celebrate the incredible people who keep Haynes running strong. Our Technicians are the heart of what we do — their skill, dedication, and hard work are what make it all possible.
Of course, while we love having these special nights to show our appreciation, let’s be honest… every day is Technician Appreciation Day at Haynes. Thank you for everything you do, every single day.
Below you’ll find a highlight video and some snapshots from each location’s celebration — enjoy reliving the fun!
Haynes Halloween Carnival 2025
What a night! Our Annual Haynes Halloween Carnival was an absolute spooktacular success — full of laughs, candy, and plenty of creepy fun. We had such a blast hanging out with all our scary goblins and ghouls (big and small!).
A massive thank-you to everyone who helped bring the event to life — especially Garrett Dewar and Eric Jimerson, who came up to help the Social Wellness team with decorating. A huge shoutout also goes to all our Associates and their families who showed up in costume and made the night one to remember.
From haunted halls to sweet treats, it was a night of spooks, chills, and plenty of smiles.
Until next year… boo! to you from all of us at Haynes! 👻
Susan G. Komen
MORE THAN PINK Walk
This month, we joined the fight against breast cancer at the Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk in Denver — and what an incredible turnout! Thank you to all the Associates, families, and friends who came out to walk, donate, and show their support. Your energy and compassion made a real impact.
That same spirit of unity continues right here within our own Haynes family. Jeremiah Cooke, one of our Service Technicians in Phoenix, recently shared his and his wife’s story — one filled with strength, love, and courage.
In November 2026, Jeremiah and his wife, Megan, will take part in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk in San Diego, CA — a 60-mile journey over three days to honor Megan’s battle and survival. After volunteering at the 2023 Denver walk, Jeremiah was inspired to take on this challenge after Megan’s diagnosis with stage 1 breast cancer in July 2025.
Jeremiah walks for Megan — and also in memory of his mother, Raye, and his aunt, Rose Anne, who both passed away due to the effects of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. As Jeremiah shared, “If we can find a cure for one, we can find a cure for all.”
We’re proud to stand beside Jeremiah and Megan as they take on this incredible challenge. You can read their story and support their walk by visiting their donation page.
At Haynes, we truly are Better Together — and stories like this remind us of the power of community, compassion, and hope.
Toast Masters at Haynes

Help us determine whether Toastmasters becomes a new development opportunity for our Associates.
We’re excited to explore bringing Toastmasters International to our Associates — a world-renowned program that helps people become more confident speakers, stronger communicators, and effective leaders. Through guided activities and a supportive environment, Toastmasters members learn to present clearly, think quickly, and build leadership skills that translate directly to personal and professional success.
As we explore bringing this opportunity in-house, we’re asking Associates to complete a quick, one-minute survey to help us determine interest and meeting structure.
If you’d like to learn more about Toastmasters before participating, please reach out to Debbie Finn or Gina Puzo. Let’s continue to support growth and development across our teams — together.
