DENVER
October has been another busy and productive month for the Denver team. Across sales, operations, and service, we continue to see strong performance, great teamwork, and meaningful growth.
On the sales side, our team continues to deliver impressive results. Jacob Horn secured a $38K PM agreement with Encompass Health and, together with Ryan Hill, landed the Aspen View Charter School project in Castle Rock for $19K. Amber Throckmorton added to the momentum with a $59K portfolio agreement for Horan Funeral Homes, while Cameron Bean brought in a new Impacts CS agreement with Prime West at Belleview Station valued at $38K.
On the project sales front, Chad Belt continues to lead the way, securing a major $850K chiller, pump, and BAS integration project with Sundyne — a great example of the scale and quality of work coming out of our Denver office.
We were also pleased to welcome two new Associates, Scott Gaton and Leanne Rupnow, to the team this month. We’re excited to have them on board and look forward to their contributions.
In operations, progress continues across several key projects. Work is underway at Coors Field for the chiller replacement, with BAS demo and cooling tower prep in motion. The team successfully completed the Intermountain Health Radiation Oncology chiller installation and is finishing up the CRAC unit replacement at Equinix. Additionally, the Westerra Cherry Creek site is seeing upgrades with new heat pump replacements.
Our service department remains steady and expanding. We’ve picked up three additional days of Building Engineering support for UC Health under Tim Beavers, and our partnership with the QTS Data Center continues to strengthen as they expand their facility—expected to reach roughly 100 air-cooled chillers once complete.
