The seasons are changing — and that means it’s time to turn up the heat! As cooler weather rolls in, now’s the perfect time to make sure our customers’ systems are running smoothly and ready for winter. A little prep now keeps things comfortable later!

 

Sales Spotlight:

What an incredible finish to the sales year! Our team has once again delivered exceptional results:

• $3.9M in Mechanical Projects + $773K in BAS Projects = Total: $4.7M in Project Sales

• On top of that, our Maintenance Sales team add $470K to the agreement base

• Service Sales delivered another standout performance with $1.4M in total sales.

That’s incredible teamwork, effort, and execution across the board — congratulations to everyone involved! We’re closing the year strong and setting the stage for an even bigger year ahead.

 

Operations Spotlight:

Our Operations team continues to impress! Consistently delivering exceptional service, show up for our customers, and step up for one another — no hesitation, no excuses, just excellence. The pride, professionalism, and dedication they bring every day is what truly make SOCO stand out.

 

It was fantastic to have our technicians come together for a recent training session — a true example of teamwork, collaboration, and commitment to growth. A special shoutout to Lead Technician Ubaldo, who led the session with excellence. His leadership created an engaging, hands-on environment that strengthened team bonds and sharpened our technical skills. This kind of peer-to-peer learning is what makes SOCO exceptional — experienced team members stepping up to share their knowledge, elevate one another, and drive continuous improvement. We’re already looking forward to the next peer-to-peer training in November and the opportunity to keep building on this momentum.
